Abstract: The tribal journal published bi-annual bulletin devoted to the study of the life and culture of tribes of Andhra Pradesh. Papers and articles narrating the various aspects of tribals and their life etc. In this bulletin there are nine authors contributed in different aspects of the tribal issues. Dr. B K Roy Burman presented situation analysis on demographic and social aspects of tribal education. O K Moorthy deliberated that some reflections on the implications of the panchayat Raj on weaker sections of the community, implementation of Educational Programmes for weaker sections vis--vis panchayat Raj Institutions. Social and economic factors in the development of tribals in Andhra Pradesh paper presented by D R Pratap. He concluded that the right approach is to strike a balance between economic and social development for the harmonious development of the society as a whole. How Gandhi Saw the Tribals paper deliberated by G N R Mudiraj and he revealed that all his life Gandhi strived to extent to the tribals their share of social equality and humanity dignity, though his contribution to their cause was more indirect than direct. M V Krishna Rao presented a paper on Magio-religious practices among the Tribals of Chintapalli Agency. Author explained birth right ceremony, name giving ceremonies and puberty ceremonies. The Banjaras of Andhra Pradesh paper presented by C Chenchu Raju. Aboriginals in Industrial and Urban Environs paper presented by D Ramachandra Raju. Author revealed that the economic, political, occupational, cultural and family changes among the aboriginals due to the industrial and urban environment. Ranith Chand paper presented on Adavula avasyakatha vati rakshna. Author said that Government always provide suggestions and information to the formers and farmers should approach to the government for their agricultural progress. Banjarulu Vari Pandugalu paper presented by A Joseph. He revealed that Holi festivals is one of the important festivals among the Banjaras.
