Abstract: As can be seen from the different TRI activities like tribal profiling Atlas etc as TRI Nodal Agency SW and TA, Govt. of Mizoram felt it necessary to revive and review its different dialect spoken by the different tribal communities as all of them are among the dying languages in the world. Therefore though some dialect cannot be rebuilt yet the surviving dialects are proposed to be revived, preserved and promoted among the youth, through a publication. A committee was formed for the activity under the Chairpersonship of the Director, SW and TA making selection identifying well known writers and language specialist, linguistic from the different dialect a review was shared through an e-forum. A framework and guideline was made by the Director Dr. Ankita Chakravarty and co-author Mr. Lallianzuala based on which different writers were engaged mentored and supervised so that the objective was not diluted even by a decimated comprehension. Cross checking was done among the different writers, a third party monitoring and review and editing was done by Revd. Chuauthuama, a renowned scholar from Oxford.
