A Study of six villages partly affected by Narmada Yojana : Need for a study

Abstract

It is necessary to know the conditions prevailing in these six villages, so that the committee can bring about appropriate solution of these six villages and that they may bring about positive change in their economic, social, educational and cultural conditions. It was intended to make developmental planning based on realistic conditions of these villages through house-to-house survey. Since the work was related to tribal area and tribal people, it was entrusted to the Tribal Research and Training Institute.
