Abstract

The state of Andhra Pradesh has became a role model for other States by setting up village and ward secretariats. These institutions would act as a bridge between the government and the people by rendering over 500 types of services at their doorstep. This books contains the guidelines to the village secretariat assistants pertaining to Education and welfare programmes. This book released in telugu version with detailed guidelines and instructions to the village secretariat assistants in tribal area. The book got prepared by the Department of Tribal Welfare, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
