Abstract

The Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Tribes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited (TRICOR) was established in 1976 and its area of operation extends over the entire State of Andhra Pradesh. It is monitoring all the economic support schemes implemented to the STs and also development of PvTGs under CCDP with the support from Government under State Plan and CSS and also coordinating with other departments like Rural Development, Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Industries, etc. for economic development of ST families below poverty line. It is also monitoring the skill development programmes as one of the Sub Mission for STs under Yuva Kiranalu (YK). This hand book contains guidelines and instructions pertaining to various schemes for the development of tribals who are below poverty line.
