The manuscript was written by Arjun Das and Ratna Kandali in Assamese in 1724, who were sent three times by the Ahom Raja rudra Singha to the courts of Raja Ratna Manikya Deb and Raja Mohendra Manikya Deb of Tripura beginning from the Year 1709 to 1715 A.D. |
