Abstract: | In Indian society, the caste system tradition hierarchy treats ST & SC as slaves in these circumstances. ST/SC could not able to give stable power which could not be tolerating an upper class. While these face some obstacles hurdles during the ruling but democracy provided equality to all but sad to say that is also under the control of capitalist. so we can right call to succeed in the system of politics money and caste is dominating in the current occurring politics even that who being to the upper-class capitalist people behavioural different from gram Panchayat to parliament but these two communities would select on the reservation but they should be like a scarecrow. A committee was set up Under the Chairmen ship of Kuldip Singh Indian government reconstructed delimitation committee to provide reservation to SC & ST in parliament & legislative assembly this committee according to 2001 census in Karnataka from 2008 to 2026 provided ST 2 seats in parliament 15 seats in the legislative assembly. |
