| Abstract: | It provides a detailed ethnographic account of Koraga community in Kasaragode district.The study was conducted during the year 2018-19. The study is based upon a research proposal sanctioned by Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. For this study, field data were collected from both aged and younger generations of the community. Secondary data was collected from books, reports and journals. The Present study report describes the livelihood practices, material culture, life cycle rituals, religious belief, gods and goddesses and development intervention within the community. |
