Abstract: Health is a very important aspect of every person's life. If a person's day to day activities entirely depend upon his health. Health plays a crucial role in the students' development process. If students have good health, they can actively perform their day-to-day work. Only healthy students can provide a good and healthy environment for the one coming. The purpose of the study was to find out the health status, mental health status, anthropometric measurements, and physical fitness of rural and urban girls of Madhya Pradesh. The objectives of this study were to access and compare the physical fitness & mental health status and anthropometric measurements rural and urban girls of Madhya Pradesh. The total number of subjects, one thousand (N=1000) from five hundred (500) rural and five hundred (500) urban girls, were randomly selected. Age ranged from 13 to 18 years were selected for this study. The criterion measure of the study was the score obtained from the questionnaire of health status, mental health status, and anthropometric measurements & Physical fitness test. Statistical Procedure The T-Test was applied to compare the health status, mental health status, anthropometric measurements, and physical fitness of rural and urban girls Madhya Pradesh. The level of significance to check the t-value was set at 0.05 level that was considered appropriate for the study. The Conclusions of this study significant differences were found between urban and rural girls of Madhya Pradesh about triceps skinfold width. Urban Girls of Madhya Pradesh had greater triceps skinfold width in comparison to rural girls of Madhya Pradesh.
