Abstract: According to the Dheber Commission, Tribal Welfare Dept separated from the Department of Social Welfare to look after Tribal Welfare exclusively. Problems related to health, education, water supply, nutrition, sanitation, construction programmes and tribal communication and are considered to be different from the problems of non-tribal people. Establishes the Tribal Welfare Department for the comprehensive socio-economic development of Scheduled Tribes in the State and implements programs that contribute to their development by formulating policies and programs for the proper implementation of constitutional security. This book also describes the responsibilities, aims and procedures of the Tribal Welfare Department. The Tribal Welfare Department is headed and guided by the Deputy Chief Minister / Tribal Welfare Ministers. The Chief Secretary of the Department of Tribal Welfare assists the government in formulating, implementing, reviewing and reviewing government duty policies and programs. The Tribal Welfare Department has seven department heads. Twenty-four related schemes were implemented to achieve the goal of inclusive and quality education for all, the fourth of the Sustainable Development Goals of Education in line with the promotion of education to the tribals. The book emphasis on with a view to achieving economic growth, sustainable development destination, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and employment-based schemes have been undertaken to achieve profit security. There are three public sector workings under the control of the Department of Tribal Welfare namely TRICOR, GCC and TRIPCO. TRICOR is monitoring all the economic support schemes implemented to the STs and also development of PVTGs under CCDP with the support from Government under State Plan and CSS and also coordinating with other departments like Rural Development, Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Industries, etc. for economic development of ST families below poverty line. It is also monitoring the skill development programmes and YSR Vidyonnathi. The Village Volunteers System and the Village Secretariat have been set up to strengthen the respective systems to provide home-based services to the people at the village level. Through this system, efforts are being made to provide government schemes, programmes, services without any manipulation to the public and without any corruption.
