Abstract: This is the 15th Annual issue of the Bulletin of Assam Institute of Research for Tribals and Scheduled Castes, Guwahati. There are altogether ten articles relates to various aspects of Scheduled Tribes as well as Scheduled Castes of Assam and North East India. The Bulletin was edited by Mrs. N A Hazarika, who was also the then Director of the Institute. Contents of the Bulletin are as follows 1.
