Abstract: This is the 12th Annual issue of the Bulletin of Assam Institute of Research for Tribals and Scheduled Castes, Guwahati. There are altogether 15 articles relates to Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes. Most of the articles are based on primary data collected through fieldwork. The Bulletin was edited by Mr. R.
